Mackay by lunchtime.

Spent 2 nights ago at Hunter Island in the Duke Group and last night at Curlew Island in the Guardfish Cluster. Amazingly caught up with Sue's cousin out of the blue when they turned up at our transom and gave us ahoy. Also was Cousins birthday that day so cake was had with appropriate beverages. Both islands are really pretty and both rolly and not much sleep. Some good sailing though, now at sea heading toward Mackay by about 1300 hrs. Will stay a night or 2 there to provision for Whitsundays and to have a little R&R.

    Just found this! Have a good time in Mackay - let me know how the food was!!! (and whether it stayed down)

    Long story on the food, suffice it to say that the order was stuffed upland I received double and I ate most of it and yes it did remain in position for at least 8'hours.
